The Agribusiness Department of the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a guest lecture for the Islamic Financing and Investment course on Friday, May 8, 2026. Conducted online via Zoom Meeting, the lecture carried the theme “Utilization of Public Investment Instruments in the Form of Zakat and Waqf.”

The guest lecture featured two speakers, namely Bukhari Muslim, SP as Amil Zakat Officer of BAZNAS and Yudha Andilla, SP as Manager of Retail Fundraising ZIS Dompet Dhuafa. The course is taught by Dewi Rohma Wati, SP, M.Si.

The event took place from 08.00 to 10.30 WIB and was attended by students of the Agribusiness Department at UIN Jakarta. Through this activity, students gained insights into the utilization of zakat and waqf as public investment instruments from the perspective of Islamic financing and investment.
