Prof. Dr. Achmad Tjachja Nugraha, Professor of Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness Study Program, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, participated as a speaker in the Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) of Aceh Besar Regency, organized by Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BPPEDA) of Aceh Besar.

During the forum, he delivered a presentation titled “Accelerating Regional Development through the Enhancement of Economic Growth, Infrastructure, and Integrated and Dynamic Governance.” The presentation highlighted the importance of cross-sector collaboration in driving sustainable development, with a focus on the synergy between economic growth, infrastructure development, and effective governance.

Prof. Achmad emphasized that increasing regional economic growth must be supported by equitable infrastructure development and integrated, dynamic governance to ensure long-term public welfare. In addition to the discussion sessions, the event was also enlivened by a traditional dance performance, reflecting the richness of local culture and adding a cultural dimension to the forum.

This activity serves as part of efforts to strengthen synergy between academia and local government in formulating more targeted, adaptive, and sustainable development strategies.
