Thursday, July 31, the Agribusiness Department of the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah took part in a socialization event on ethical use of Generative AI (Gen AI) in academic settings. The session was organized by the faculty and attended by both lecturers and students from various study programs.
The Agribusiness lecturers actively participated in the discussion, showing strong interest in the implications of AI use in higher education. Notably, the Head of the Agribusiness Department, Mrs. Rizki, contributed insightful questions and feedback, especially regarding the different perceptions among lecturers about the use of Gen AI in academic work.
This initiative marks an important step toward increasing awareness and encouraging responsible use of AI technologies among the academic community, especially for Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Syarif Hidayatullah
