July 9, 2025 – UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a two-day training program on July 8–9, 2025, at Syahida Inn Hotel to strengthen the professionalism and pedagogical capacity of newly appointed lecturers. The participants included Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) from various faculties within the university.
The training aimed to equip early-career lecturers with essential teaching competencies to support their academic roles effectively. Key topics covered during the sessions included:

Facilitated by experienced academics and education practitioners, the program combined theoretical knowledge with practical applications to enhance classroom teaching performance and student engagement.
A CPNS lecturer from the Agribusiness Study Program shared a positive reflection on the training: “The topics were highly relevant, especially the integration of technology in teaching and strategies for guiding students. It provided me with a strong foundation as I begin my journey as a lecturer.”
