The first departures for the Intership to Japan FY 2023/2024 are scheduled for Saturday, 19 October 2024 and Monday, 21 October 2024, at 23:30, from Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport using China Eastern Airlines. The departure on Saturday (19/10) was to an agricultural company, Minami Agri, in Hokaido. Minami Agri is not the first company to be the place of internship for agribusiness students of UIN Jakarta. UIN Jakarta agribusiness students, but it is the fourth time. As for the departure on Monday (21/10), the destination is Fujitake Shouten in Nagasaki. The placement of students in the agricultural company is the first time.

The journey of the intern students as described by Shabica is as follows: The journey from Jakarta to Shanghai (transit) took 6 hours and 25 minutes, with a transit time of about 3 hours. Then, the journey to the final destination, Fukuoka International Airport, took 2 hours and 5 minutes. After arriving in Japan, precisely in Fukuoka, we met with Okumura san, as the NB agency. After that, we continued our journey from Fukuoka to Nagasaki (Isahaya) by bus, with a journey time of about 2 hours. Upon arrival at the Isahaya bus stop, we were picked up by Sacho (CEO of the company) and transferred to our respective dormitories with a journey time of about 20 minutes. Our residence address 1846-1, Iimori-cho Hiraki, Isahaya-shi, Nagasaki, Japan. It takes about 5-10 minutes by car from the dormitory to the internship site.
