July 9, 2025 β UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a two-day training program on July 8β9, 2025, at Syahida Inn Hotel to strengthen the professionalism and pedagogical capacity of newly appointed lecturers. The participants included Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) from various faculties within the university.

A CPNS lecturer from the Agribusiness Study Program shared a positive reflection on the training: βThe topics were highly relevant, especially the integration of technology in teaching and strategies for guiding students. It provided me with a strong foundation as I begin my journey as a lecturer.β
