Six UIN Jakarta students received awards as outstanding student students at the Sulaimaniyah Student Islamic Boarding School (Pesma) throughout Asia Pacific Ciputat, South Tangerang. The award was handed over by the Head of Education at Pesma Sulaimaniyah, Abi Anas Muda, in Ciputat on March 3 2022.

This award for outstanding student students is a program to appreciate students who study at Pesma Sulaimaniyah throughout the Asia Pacific. This program is implemented every semester based on the student students' academic achievement index. Those who receive awards are given certificates and coaching money.
"In last odd semester, there were 20 students who won awards, six of them were UIN Jakarta students from various majors," said Pesma Sulaimaniyah Ciputat Supervisor, Abi Sholihun Mus Mulyadi.
The students who received the award were Iskandar (Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology), Muhammad Amrun Hadi (Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin), Muqtadir Choir Bakri and Mohammad Fawwaz Khitman Romadloni (Family Law Study Program, Faculty Sharia and Law), Salman Rizqan Karima (Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training), and Achmad Maulana Dzaky (International Relations Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences).
Pesma Sulaimaniyah Ciputat is under the auspices of the Sulaimaniyah Foundation which is based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Islamic boarding school has 24 branches in 170 countries with different activities, including the Sulaimaniyah Student Islamic Boarding School, Sulaimaniyah Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School, and Fazilet Publishers.
“Students who have completed their Bachelor's degree are given the choice whether or not to take the Sanad religious studies scholarship in central Sulaimaniyah in Turkey. "They get educational scholarships and living expenses while waiting, except for departure plane tickets," said Achmad Maulana Dzaky. (ns/tiara s)
