History of the Bachelor Agribusiness Study Programme
The Agribusiness Study Programme has grown through important academic, institutional, accreditation, and curriculum milestones since its establishment.
Establishment
The programme was established as the Agricultural Socioeconomic Study Program based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Religious Institutions Number DJ.II/216/2002, dated 11 July 2002.
First Graduates
Graduates of the Agribusiness Study Programme started attending graduation ceremonies from 2004 until now.
Programme Renamed
The programme was renamed the Agribusiness Study Programme based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Education Number DJ.I/38/2010, dated 29 January 2010.
Accreditation Milestones
The programme has achieved several accreditation milestones through national accreditation by BAN-PT and international accreditation by ASIIN.

Curriculum Development
The curriculum has been continuously updated to align with national higher education policies, industry needs, and international quality standards. In 2025, the programme implemented an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum to strengthen student-centered learning and graduate competencies.
Today, the Agribusiness Study Programme continues to grow and innovate, preparing competent, ethical, and future-ready graduates to support sustainable agribusiness development at the national and global levels.

Since its establishment, the Master of Agribusiness Study Programme has continuously strengthened its academic quality through institutional development, accreditation achievements, and graduate success.
Programme Established
The Master of Agribusiness Study Programme was officially established based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Education Number DJ.I/594/2009, dated 10 October 2009.
First Graduates
The first graduates of the Master of Agribusiness Study Programme participated in the university graduation ceremony in 2012. Since then, the programme has continued producing highly qualified graduates.
